English 7 - Block G - Wonderful creative thinking on display today in our simile and metaphor activity.  We will continue our Orange Shirt Day activities on Thursday and will use simile and metaphor in a much more serious way.  Don't forget to bring your silent reading books with you for Thursday.  Make another visit to the library if you need to stalk up!

Core French 7 - Block F - Good use of listening skills during our Lotto game today.  Now that we have the skeleton of our dialogues, we will focus on pronunciation and practice next class.

English 7 - Block D - I am so impressed that you all remembered our silent reading books.  I am even more impressed that you read so attentively!  Great work.  We will also continue our Orange Shirt Day activities on Friday and will use our knowledge of simile and metaphor to convey feeling in a more serious way then we did in our game today.

French 7 (Block F) - I am impressed with your cognate work.  You read and understood a whole french paragraph!  If you get some time, it would be a good idea to continue practising your letters and numbers at home.  We ran out of time to start writing our dialogues today, but you will prepare and practise them on Tuesday.  Have a lovely long weekend!
